Steve Tomlinson

Senior Pastor

On October 1, 2023, Steve Tomlinson became Grace Community Church’s Senior Pastor. Pastor Steve began his pastoral ministry in the Chicago area after a twelve-year career with AMTRAK.  After serving seven years at Parkview Community Church as an associate pastor, he accepted a call to Long Island, NY, at Shelter Rock Church where he served for twenty years as Senior Pastor.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He completed his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry at Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.

He and his wife, Michel, have four adult children.  He has a broad familiarity with Boulder City because his wife graduated from Boulder City H. S. and they regularly visited her family throughout their marriage.

When asked what his dream is for the church, Steve responded, “It is our prayer that Grace Community Church will continue to be a place where people from diverse Christian backgrounds can find unity and spiritual growth in their worship of Jesus.”

Seth Lezon

Associate Pastor

Seth Lezon was born and raised in Michigan, where he attended children's church and youth group and volunteered in various ministries. For years, he attended church but didn't have a relationship with Jesus. That changed when he attended a mission trip to Brooklyn, NY. He was confronted with the challenges faced by many Christian students in that area, which pushed him to decide whether he was going to take Jesus seriously or get out. From that moment on, Seth has been on a mission to get to know the real Jesus and bring the hope of Jesus into the lives of those around him.

Seth met his beautiful wife Brittany at Bible College in Grand Rapids, MI. They have two amazing kids and love living in the desert! Seth is currently leading the music ministry and overseeing the discipleship of all members at Grace. If you have any questions regarding music or discipleship, please contact him at sethlezon@gmail.com.

Michael Boldvich

Office Manager

Born in Southern California, Michael attended the University of Southern California in the Business Administration department. After two years, and a roommate in the ‘Art’ department, he discovered his creative abilities and transferred to the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic and Package Design, he worked at agencies in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and later the Bay Area and Aspen.

Moving to Boulder City in 1995, he spent the next 25 years creating ads, graphics, brochures, billboards and bus wraps for Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Sahara, and a variety of other casinos, home builders, car dealerships, and the Las Vegas Convention Bureau. In 2017 he became, and still remains, a licensed insurance agent and is currently an independent solar representative.

Joining Grace Church in 2015, Michael has been a Deacon, Property Manager, and past Board President. He became the Office Manager in April of 2024.

Angela "Angie" rachels

Media coordinator

Angela, better known as Angie, serves and supports Grace Community Church through social media, design, video projects, and helping share what God is doing at Grace in a way that feels clear, honest, and welcoming.

Angie’s story includes a lot of hard chapters, but the thread through it all has been God’s steady presence. Over time faith became less about appearances and more about being found, being changed, and learning how to build a new life rooted in truth. That’s a big part of why Angie cares so much about how the church shows up online, she knows one post, one message, or one invitation can be the first safe step back toward God for someone who’s been through it.

When she’s not working on church content, Angie is usually with her big blended family of 9, creating something, or finding quiet moments to reset and keep growing.
